Once a phone is up and running with OnSIP, if, for whatever reason, you Factory Reset the phone, you will need to reset the security key on the OnSIP Boot server. You no longer have to go to the Web interface for the phone. Once the phone has been properly configured and the MAC address added to the interface, simply reboot the phone and it will come back up with the user automatically configured.
